The President of the Cabinet of Ministers represents the official title of the Prime Minister in the Brotherhood of the United Blocks, and holds the leading position within the executive power, while the actions of the Monarch are based on the advice of the Ministers of State.
The principal role of the President of the Cabinet is to manage the internal and external affairs of the micronation, coordinate government policies, advise the Sovereign on the exercise of royal prerogatives, and present reports and statements before Șuetă.
The term of office as head of the executive is dependent on the support of the political party or coalition to which the officeholder belongs. The President of the Cabinet may lose office following parliamentary elections, resignation, or a vote of no confidence.
Once the Monarch announces the organisation of parliamentary elections, political parties nominate their candidates for the position, often selecting the leader of the respective party. Following the election, the leader of the winning party is nominated by the Sovereign to form the Cabinet and assumes the title of "formator", after which they are expected to seek the confidence of Șuetă. During this period, the incumbent President of the Cabinet remains in office on an interim basis until their successor is sworn in.
