Queen Constanța I is a Romanian citizen who was proclaimed Sovereign of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks (FBU) on 1 October 2020, following the death of Queen Lucreția. She is Head of the Royal Family, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Head of the National Church.
Early Life ¶
Constanța was born on 29 October 1936 in Romania. She graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages with a specialisation in Russian and worked in education as a teacher of Romanian and Russian.
The Queen is passionate about agriculture, education, history, and technology. In her free time, she prefers to read, tend her garden, and watch films.
Reign ¶
The death of Queen Lucreția created a constitutional problem because she had not appointed a successor. Following debates in the Șuetă, Mib Boby, President of the Cabinet of Ministers, was proposed as Regent to exercise royal responsibilities until a new monarch could be elected and the Royal Council convened.
The Royal Council met from 28 to 30 September 2020, where its members unanimously selected Constanța as the new Sovereign. Following the Council's decision, the Șuetă proclaimed her Sovereign on 1 October 2020, and her coronation took place at the National Cathedral.
Unlike her predecessor, Queen Constanța lives at Vila Cucu and uses the Royal Palace as her office.
Role as Sovereign ¶
Queen Constanța is the personification of the nation and publicly embodies the state in its unity and legitimacy. Although FBU is a constitutional monarchy and the Queen is a ceremonial figurehead, she is the highest authority in its religion, military, and political affairs because she grants royal assent to legislation.
Her duties include contact with representatives of FBU society and representatives abroad at the highest levels, including state visits, commercial missions, and international meetings. She remains in close contact with citizens, promoting private and public initiatives that contribute to social improvement.

As Sovereign, she is often referred to simply as the Queen or Her Majesty. Her full title is: Constanța I, Queen of Frăția Blocurilor Unite, Defender of the Faith, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Lady of Naoi, Grandma of All, Sovereign of Minecraft Blocks.
Her Majesty's monogram is formed from C, from her name Constanța, and R, from Regina (Queen in Latin).
