Princess Elena is a member of the Royal Family of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks and the sister of Her Majesty Queen Constanța I. Within the Royal Family of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks, she plays an active role in representing the Queen at official events and serving as Regent of the State when required.
Her Royal Highness Princess Elena was born on 24 February 1935 in Romania. She graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, specialising in Romanian and French. Following her studies, she pursued a career in education, working as a teacher of Romanian and French.
Her involvement in the institutional life of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks began in October 2020, when Queen Constanța I ascended the throne.
