Sebi Gerosst is associated with Enada, where he built a levitating house known as Naveta Spațială, and with Witty, which he founded after clearing an abandoned stronghold of the undead.
Sebi Gerosst's home in Enada began construction in December 2022. The house is located west of Walnut Island, across the canal, and is one of the settlement's distinctive structures.
In 2024, Sebi discovered an old abandoned stronghold infested with undead. He cleared it of monsters, settled there, and turned it into the village of Witty. He led Witty as its Sholtouz from its foundation until the territorial-administrative reform of 1 September 2026, when the office style changed to Mayor.
The levitating house is nicknamed Naveta Spațială, meaning Flying Saucer or Spaceship in English. It is situated near the western side of Enada, north of the city's industrial district.
