Basti Ro is a NuciCraft player who founded and leads Miravodă, formerly led the Azuralis Zupanate, and became the first Prefect of the Azuralis Prefecture after the territorial-administrative reform of 1 September 2026.
Basti Ro founded Miravodă in December 2024 and established a home there later that month. Miravodă is the administrative seat of Azuralis.
From December 2024, Basti Ro served as Zupan of the Azuralis Zupanate. The Zupanate was dissolved during the territorial-administrative reform of Nucilandia on 1 September 2026, when Basti became the first Prefect of the newly constituted Azuralis Prefecture.
The reform constituted Azuralis Prefecture from the former Azuralis Zupanate, and Basti Ro became its first Prefect.
