The administrative divisions of Nucilandia are organised under a four-level hierarchy that entered into effect on 1 September 2026.
The legal hierarchy comprises the State, Provinces, Prefectures, and Localities. Under this model, all former Lands (counties, districts, and zhupanates) were dissolved and localities were reassigned directly under prefectures.

Muruna Province includes Tesa Prefecture. Additional Muruna province-level territory is outside the NuciCraft-mapped administrative area.

Prior to the 2025 locality reform, Castle was a distinct territorial level rather than a locality. A Castle consisted of a single fortified structure, such as a castle or fortress, and its ruler was conventionally styled Lord. The available documentation does not consistently record the administrative seat, area, population, or officeholders of every historical division.
In 2025, the locality reform introduced the Commune locality type, abolished Castle as a separate territorial level, and revised the criteria for each locality type. Former castles, including Horidava, consequently form part of the locality level.
On 1 September 2026, the territorial-administrative reform entered into effect with the following principal changes:
