Brașovești was a picturesque village in Cratesia County, within the Solara Voivodeship of Nucilandia. It had a tranquil atmosphere and was known for its trade with Cratesia, as well as its production of spruce and books.
History ¶
Brașovești was formally merged into Cratesia on 26 February 2024 by Prefectural Decree PD12.57.1, issued by Hori, the Prefect of Cratesia County. The decree stated the following:
- Brașovești was assimilated into the jurisdiction of the Cratesia stronghold.
- Cratesia was elevated to the rank of town.
- All governmental and administrative functions of Brașovești were thereafter managed by Cratesia.
- The citizens of Brașovești enjoyed the same rights, privileges, and responsibilities as the citizens of Cratesia, as they had thereby become Cratesian citizens.
Geography ¶
Brașovești was situated south of Cratesia and maintained close ties with its larger neighbour. The village was connected to Cratesia by a small road leading to the main underground entrance tunnel of Cratesia, which created an important link between the two communities.
The village was surrounded by nature, with spruce forests that had played an integral role in the local economy and culture.
Climate ¶
Brașovești had a mildly cold climate, with crisp winters and pleasant summers. The changing seasons contributed to the village's scenic character and made it a destination for visitors seeking respite from the bustle of city life.
Economy ¶
