The Supreme Court of Justice (Romanian: Curtea Supremă de Justiție) is the highest judicial authority in the Brotherhood of the United Blocks (FBU), ensuring the enforcement of laws, the protection of citizens' rights, and the principles of democracy. It operates independently of the executive and legislative powers, carrying out judicial acts in the name of the Sovereign of FBU, in accordance with the principles of legality, impartiality, transparency, and equality.
The rulings of the Supreme Court are final and binding on all institutions and citizens of FBU.
Chief Justice ¶
The Chief Justice (Șeful Curții) is the head of the judicial branch and leads the Supreme Court of Justice. The position is currently held by AlexNT.
Composition and Appointment ¶
The Supreme Court of Justice is composed of:
- Three Judges - appointed directly by the Sovereign for a four-year term.
- Requirements - judges must possess formal legal qualifications and are strictly prohibited from holding any political office during their tenure.
