Soon after, some Romanian settlers came to the city: Kami, Azzuro and Hori. Initially, tensions arose as the romanians sought to assert their dominance over the territory, leading to conflicts and territorial disputes.

From its humble beginnings, Hokazuro grew rapidly. Hori, known for his architectural prowess, built a small castle inspired by structures from his Minetest adventures. Kami, preferring a mountainous abode, expanded his home vertically into the mountainside. Azzuro, with a penchant for modernity, constructed an expansive concrete apartment complex integrated into a nearby cliff.
